Blue skies ahead at Reed Elementary as students were welcomed back to their newly remodeled space, which is almost completed done, on the first day of school.

Students saw fresh paint on the outside of the building (which includes new siding underneath), as well as cleaned carpets throughout and new floors on the second-floor hallways.

From work you can see like the beautiful new courtyard, to those upgrades you can’t, including electrical and HVAC work, Jennie Reed Elementary is looking fresh and ready for students to learn. While construction is substantially completed, contractors will continue to work on the outside of the building through the fall, including the installation of the Jennie Reed Jaguar on the west-facing wall.
